Alphonse Moose is one of a set of three designs which also include Charles Puffin and Cornelius Cod. These images are based on old Newfoundland stamp designs but the kings and queens have been banished and the local animals are celebrated. The original design was a linocut print but the t-shirts are silkscreened.
