"The Red Door Library", Unlimited edition “The Red Door Library” is another outport scene of an outhouse at my nephew’s cabin in Birchy, NL. It is from a photo. The Door is the actual “storm” door from my childhood home which was removed before it was torn down and my nephew is using it on his outhouse. The door was painted always in “vermillion red”, my mother’s favorite color. I did a title contest for this one and a lady won with |The Red Door Library| as she said her father always said he was going to the library when he went to their outhouse.
