Each summer we hand pick Lester's Farm Strawberries and prepare them in house for this incredible inclusion bar. The strawberries are dried and tucked under the chocolate (70%) for flavour preservation and taste delivery. One our our customer favourites.. and ours. We use our Signature Chocolate 70% for the bar and add Freeze Dried Strawberry chunks.
